Back to business again! Heres oNe feedback from our client Radaradvies;
 
We are very satisfied with the hotel and meeting facilities. The service was very good, from the reception, the manager and the banqueting employees. They are all very helpful and proactive in their work. The hotel itself is well equipped and the meeting rooms, bar and garden are perfect for a larger meeting. The restaurant and especially the restaurant next to the meeting room looks a bit basic and can use some more decoration/charm, but that is a matter of taste.

I wanted to extend myself & my team’s HUGEST & warmest thanks to you and your onsite team, especially yourself and Alphonse of course who made everything happen so smoothly and efficiently without question. You went above and beyond the call of duty with TowerJazz and the issues with their courier etc which we really appreciated. As I’ve said before and will definitely say again, our venues are as much a part of the event before & during our conferences as we, the organising company, are and without your happy faces and confident co-operation, we would have had many hurdles to jump I’m sure so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we can place another event with you in the not too distant future and look forward to working with you again then.

Dear Mieke,
First let me thank you for your work when organising our workshop in your hotel.
I’d like to mention that Mr. Alphonse was very helpful in solving all the issues. And our participants appreciated his initiative to organise the networking cocktail outside in the garden. There was a little disappointment with the first coffee break in the afternoon. Some people told me that there was not much variety of those little sweet doughnuts. And also their quantity was a bit small. But later all went well with the food. And also other services went fine.
I’d like to ask you to send me your invoice in electronic form before sending it to us in paper. Just to have a quick check that all is fine. I’d like to avoid any delays due to possible need for corrections.

I would like to Thank you so much for all your help and organisation for our Annual Conference “Next Generation Rail Technology 2015“ we held in your hotel on the 2nd and 3rd of June 2015.

It was a really easy event to plan as your hotel it’s very easy to work with, very helpful and very professional.

Since the day one I felt more than welcome to the HUSA President Park Hotel with such a kind team at the reception, followed by your very professional meeting to run through the last minute details, where everything as perfectly planned.

During the Conference the Banqueting team was perfect, they keep an eye in all small details and manage to deliver the break and lunch always on time. The food was absolutely lovely and very tasty, the selection of food was great and the wine offered was really good too. We had good selection of snacks during the breaks and the atmosphere in the room worked very well with our conference.

We had great feedbacks from the delegates attending, in a scale of 5 to 1, your venue was scored between 5 and 4 rates.

Dear Nathalie, I wanted to write to say a big thank you to you, Mieke, Grace and all your colleagues at the Husa President Park Hotel. As I have said in previous emails, working with you was a pleasure as you were so flexible, clear and friendly.

Booking hotels abroad for events is always stressful as you don't know what to expect, but you made the whole process a lot less intimidating, thank you.

I have to say that I thought the catering was excellent - the lunches and dinner we had were delicious and very well presented. Please do pass on my thanks to Alphonse Ratnam for me. The facilities at your hotel are also superior to other hotels I have stayed in for business.

It was a very nice surprise to find that the bedrooms were large and comfortable. And the Paola room in which we held the meeting was ideal for our purposes, as was the wifi provision.

But ultimately, what made our stay particularly special was the staff at Husa. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Thank you and I hope to come back to Husa in the future.
